Lisa Salzer, the face behind NY based Lulu Frost, is one of the few current jewelry designers who consistently produces new innovative, exciting and timeless pieces season after season. Her work incorporates a delicate vintage stylistic element with the big chunky costume jewelry aesthetic that makes me swoon.
