shake it like a Polaroid Picture

Andy Warhol has always been my jam. His work has inspired countless art projects, acted as wallpaper to my bedroom in NYC and have become iconic emblems of twentieth century art in America. It's ironic then, that while his prints and aphorisms have become integral parts of American culture, that his photography is largely unknown. The Danziger Gallery in NYC recently had a showing of 143 Warhol prints-- the first gallery show to focus on all the varieties of Warhol's photographic output. Below are some of my favorite Polaroids of his from the show. ENJOY!
